We deliver across Singapore. Please provide a complete address, unit number, postal code and a reachable recipient contact during checkout.

Standard delivery is S$15. Delivery is free when the order subtotal reaches S$150.

Order by 5 PM for next-day delivery. Choose from the available delivery dates shown when ordering.

Orders placed after 5 PM are not positioned for next-day delivery. Please select the next available date shown on the product page.

Please ensure the recipient or an authorised person can receive the order. Include a reachable contact number and useful delivery instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the location cannot be accessed, contact Petalab to discuss the next step.

Some restricted or controlled-access locations may require additional arrangements or may not be serviceable. Contact Petalab before ordering if you are unsure about the destination.

Delivery availability and cutoffs may be more limited during peak periods and seasonal campaigns. The dates available at the time of ordering are the current options.
